Bali -Denpasar hotel-newly opened All Seasons

A short stay at the new All Seasons Hotel Denpasar ,Bali left me with a pleasant experience. The staff generally could speak a fair amount of English. The rooms are clean and basic. The airconditioner works very efficiently and the TV screen is a flat panel. That is how up to date.
And just outside the hotel are supermarket, minimarkets, cafes, food courts,Starbucks, and many little stalls at night for savouring the local eats. All these are within 5-10minutes walk.Circle K is also nearby and that is the equivalent of our Malaysian 7-11.

Hotel service is commendable;breakfast delightful.the porridge style is a little different from what I am accustomed to though. You add flavoured soup to a bowl of soft rice to get the end result of porridge.Condiments like groundnuts and salted preserved vegetable etc are as per usual.

I love the indoor Balinese style fountain and the two lovely ladies(statues) flanking a mirror and foyer table just beside the breakfast area and the lift lobby. The free Wifi in the room works fine .And if you did not pack your tablet or lap top,no worries. There are two flat panel computers conveniently located near the lift lobbies .Log on speed is amazingly fast.
Taxi service is easy .I strongly recommend you call the bluebird group .They are really reliable in timing, have pleasant drivers who mostly could understand some English.Only thing you will need to buy a local sim card for your handphone as the call receiver in the taxi service centre(English speaking ) needs to verify your mobile no.and your name.

Cheers. It was Denpasar awakening!I love it better than Kuta .
