Eat it by placing the whole dumpling in your mouth.The tasty gravy inside will delight your palete.If you try to bite when the dumpling is not all inside your mouth,you will lose the lovely precious gravy taste.If you order the big single dumpling,you will use a straw to suck the liquid out.In Shanghai,you just leave the meat and dumpling outer wrap uneaten.But as Malaysians,we eat all.Waste not,want not.Just sharing my experience. |
